  Log into your Lorex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, mounts, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your RMA confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund
